Question:
I am bi-polar. Eight months ago I searched for pornography on the computer. I've never done it before because I felt it was a pervertive thing to do. For about 5 months I could not stop viewing it and pleasuring myself. I was aroused by incest, spanking and lesbianism. I no longer view porno on the computer. However when I fantasize to please my self I think of incest with my father, my brother and my son( I don't have a child). Why do I have these thoughts? Why do I need these perverted thoughts to be aroused. How can I stop them. Any suggested reading material.

I think you must discuss this with your physician/therapist as it's rather difficult to give advice in a single answer on the internet. There is no need to be ashamed...as there are many like you and moreover, therapists are trained to discuss these matters so as to help you to overcome the problem.
