Question:
I am 36-year-old male C5-6 quad and I use injections to achieve erections. My wife is slightly overweight and the only
position that works for us is with her on top and facing away. Even then we have trouble keeping my penis in. She is
getting frustrated fast and ready to give up. I need help! Any suggestions for other positions we can try?

We're not sure from what you've told us that any positions would be significantly better, but explore all the options you can
think of. Remember that every couple is unique.Because injection erections don't always match your mood and aren't always
romantic, it might help to slow things down and take your time as a couple. It seems that you're both frustrated. Don't focus
on performance so much, and do communicate clearly about other ways to increase pleasure and intimacy. Then look at other
ways to pleasure your wife--orally, manually or with a combination. Don't give up on penetration if it's important to you, but
take the time to bring some loving relaxation into your lovemaking.
