Question:
I am a c5 quad and when making love my wife is always on top. She complains this
hurts her legs and we don't make love very often. What if anything can we do to
change this?

hi kurt!
thanks for your question. having a disability that limits mobility forces many of us to be more creative in the bedroom. sounds like you have one position that works for you but it does not work for your wife so well.
have you tried having intercourse in your wheelchair? she could try sitting on you with her back pressed against your chest or facing you kneeling or with her legs straddling you (of course, some of this is more difficult or easy depending upon the type of wheelchair that you have--arms removable, etc). you two can also try different positions in the shower depending upon your shower seat and the way in which your shower is set up.
can you lay on your side with your wife's assistance? she may be able to prop you up with pillows so that you stay this way and then move your legs in a position so that she has access to your penis.
