Hi i am a 15 year old guy. I havent noticed me going through puberty yet, should i be worried, is there something i can do about it?

People do experience puberty in different ways and the timing of this can vary. It is not clear from your question why you think the timing of your puberty is off. Changes in voice, body hair, body odor, and body weight can still occur at age 15 or later for males. Consider talking to a school counselor, a school nurse, or a family medical provider. A medical doctor can give you physical exam and explore your questions and concerns about puberty in depth. Good luck!
