Question:
Hello Doctor. I'm 42 and finding it is taking much longer to "recoupe" after having sex. It seems to take two days or more before I get enough of a liquid "buildup", to make my orgasm satisfying. I can still ejaculate, there just isn't much there and does't have the big push. Is there anything I can do or take (vitamins etc) that can give me more volume, and recoupe faster? Thank-you

You are experiencing the natural and inevitable consequences of aging. As you age it will take you longer and longer to "recoupe." What you can do is stay healthy, stay sexually active, and learn to accept the changes that lie ahead.
