I can certainly understand your confusion and concern, and I'm sorry you failed to receive a response from someone else. The first thing I want to say is STOP WORRYING! Everything you describe is perfectly normal. Puberty is a process, not an event. In general, it usually begins for boys at about 10 or 11, and continues through 16 or 17. Of course, a year or so earlier or later is also normal. It is possible that you may experience some more growth physically: get even taller, wider, hairier; your penis may even grow a bit more. However you go through puberty is perfectly normal for you.AS you look around at people in your life, you can easily see that there is a whole range of differences among "normal" men.
Perhaps more importantly, please know that masturbation does not in any way affect penis size, nor is it damaging (unless you're masturbating with sandpaper or strangling yourself while you do it). PLeasuring yourself is a normal, natural thing to do. Just make sure that is a part of your life and doesn't become your whole life. Please feel free to enjoy the pleasure your body can bring. After all, it's one of the greatest gifts of being human.
I hope this helped reduce or eliminate some of your fears. Take care and be well.
peace
