Hi,
I'm an 18 year old male and I'm still virgin. I have this problem. When I masturbate I can never retract the foreskin fully back over the head of the penis. I have no problem retracting the foreskin when the penis is soft, but it becomes quite painful when the penis is erect. Is there something that can help stop this?

In some men the foreskin might be too tight, a condition described as phimosis. You need to visit a urologist to examine you and decide if you suffer such a condition and if you need any form of treatment.
