Friend, first be assured that ejaculating in dreams and coming too fast are not signs of sex addiction. Sexual addiction has specific meaning which you can find from this site either in answers provided by other experts or articles in the archives. Please do take time to read them.
Getting ejaculation very fast is a very common problem in males. The younger ones, especially those who participate in sex only now and then or keep changing partners or those who are anxious, are more likely to experience fast ejaculation. Control over fast ejaculation can be learnt, the way you learn any other skill like swimming or cycling.
The problem disappears once you understand the mechanism of fast ejaculation and learn control over it. Several methods are described, for example see the books by one of the experts at this site, Dr. Bernie Zilbergeld. The ejaculatory control also improves with increasing age and sexual experience.
Oral sex does not cause pregnancy. But as you were concerned, the accidental contact of semen with vagina CAN cause pregnancy, depending on the timing, length and quantity of contact. In view of such risks I encourage you to use condom and/or another contraceptive method like vaginal sponges, to avoid pregnancy. Emergency contraceptives are available but should better be taken on advice of a doctor. They should be started as soon as the unprotected intercourse takes place, in any case not later than 24 hours.
If pregnancy is suspected it can be determined through simple but specialized urine tests performed on or after the expected date of the next period. Some tests (such as those based on ELISA principle) can detect pregnancy as early as one week before the expected date of menses.
