Thank you for writing. I know that you seem to be worried about masturbating when you are sleeping or resting. You said you are not able to control your sexual desires. I would not at all be concerned about having strong sexual feelings at this time in your life.

Your body is growing and changing and sexual feelings come on very strong, especially when you are at rest.

Masturbation is a very healthy activity, and there is nothing that interferes with body building or exercise in any way. When a person masturbates, the sexual arousal that occurs stimulates the release of chemicals which are actually good for our bodies. They help our joints and muscles. The heavier breathing is good for our cardiovascular systems.

Sexual arousal through self pleasuring is one of the healthier activities you can engage in, so don't be concerned about negative effects on your body.
