Question:
HI. I HAVETHE HABIT OF MANSTURBATION SINCE LAST YEAR AND I AM CONCERNED THAT I DON'T GET ADDICTED TO IT AND SINCE THEN MANY ACNE HAD DEVELOPED. WOULD YOU PLZ HELP TO GET OUT THIS HELL LIKE SITUATION. is there any relationship between sex and acnes?

Thanks for your question. Let me try and address both topics that you are concerned with.
Masturbation is a very normal and common practice. Some people do it more frequently than others. I would only be concerned about the frequency of masturbation if it were interfering with your daily activities. What i mean by that is if you are not going to school, work, or participating in social activities because you feel the need to masturbate, then i would be a bit concerned and suggest that you talk with some kind of counselor of therapist. If your masturbation frequency is not interfering with your daily life, I would not worry about it.
There is no relationship between acne and masturbation. If you are worried about your acne, see a dermatologist to get information on treating this condition.
