Question:
Hi, I'm 19 years old and am still a virgin. However, not by choice.I've been together with my boyfriend for 5 months now,and we have done evertything but have sex.For some reason he can not get his penis inside my vagina. He tells me that my vagina closes up when he trys to penetrate it,which i don't notice at all.I've been to a Dr. who told me that I was still 'extremely tight' and that the sexual life of my boyfriend and I was going to have to be taken on slowly by penetrating the vagina with a finger and so on.I don't think that penetrating the vagina with a finger will help to loosen it much.Could you tell me what my boyfriend and i could do?

Thank you for your question. Your doctor saw you and suggested what he thnks is best for you. It is usual for females on their first attempts to have some difficulties relaxing. Quite true. Try with a finger, then two, etc. Females are never "tight" enough not to allow a complete intercourse. They are usually not wide enough (yet). This is in the sense that you just need more time. More time in arousal or more time in experience. Try what your doctor said. It will work. Take your time and have confidence in yourself.
