Your body is developing and the hair that is sprouting up is common and a part of growing toward manhood. Do not worry about your penis... it will continue to develop. Incidentally, there really isn't anything you could buy or do that would change your destiny! We all have to accept our bodies and make the most of what we have... be it our hands, our ears, or our penis. Try not to worry about your developing body... it is a "work in progress."
