I apologize for not being more help to you, but I am not a medical doctor and am not qualified to offer advice on this question. I recommend you visit a doctor as soon as possible, as cancer is generally best treated when it is detected early. It may be nothing, but why take a risk?

Editor's note: It is quite common for one testicle to be somewhat different in size than the other. Female breasts and labia are different sizes as well, as are many parts of the body. Most people's bodies are not completely symmetrical in nature. It's a good sign that you don't have any pain, swelling, etc., - however, if you are concerned, a visit to your doctor to have your testicles checked would be wise.
