i have a black mark on my penis......its small and just on the upper part as soon as you roll down the foreskin......its there since birth....

You probably have a birthmark there since it was there from birth. There is no place on the body that is free of birthmarks, the penis and foreskin included. Other males have similar marks. In fact I have seen those who compare their marks because they are in a shape - like that of a dog, or a star.
You can just be proud that you have something that is very special to you!
If it should start to grow or change color, please have it checked out. Any mole on your skin can develop into skin cancer so you would want to always treat it the same way you would any mole anywhere else on your body.Reviewed by: Patricia Fawver Ph.D. in Sexology
