Question:
I am 19 and still a virgin but I have recently noticed that my frenulum is quite short. It does retract behind the glands and behind the head of the penis but it looks quite tight, it doesn't hurt though. I just wondered if this would be a problem and how to where a condom because obviosly the skin doesn;t move quite as freely. Should i wear a condom with my foreskin already puuled back or should i have it forward?

Penises differ from male to male and the fact that your frenulum appears "tight" is no indication of any problems you might later have. If you aren't doing so already, you may want to masturbate to test whether or not you feel any discomfort.
In putting on a condom, do the following:
1.Check the expiration date.
2.Make sure the condom is right side out.
3.Use a reservoir-tip condom, or pinch a ½ inch at the tip. This leaves some room for the semen.
4.If the penis isn’t circumcised, pull back the foreskin before rolling on the condom.
5.Pinch the air out of the tip with one hand to avoid breakage.
6.Put the condom on the erect penis, before the penis makes first contact with the vagina, anus, or mouth, and slowly and carefully unroll the condom all the way down the shaft of the penis, smoothing out air bubbles.
7..After ejaculation, withdraw while the penis is still erect and remove the condom carefully, holding onto the base to prevent slipping. Be careful not to spill the contents.
8.Wrap the condom in tissue and throw it in the trash. Don’t flush it down the toilet since that could cause commode problems!
You may want to give it a practice run or two before you actually use protection with a partner.
