Question:
1.Am I right in assuming it is fine and 0% risk of pregnancy after you have sex and ejaculate into a condom while inside the vagina, and then insert my penis again later without cleaning? The sperm will have 0% chance of survival?

2. Sometimes I go limp when already in mid-intercourse. It is pleasurable and then the sensation fades as well as the erection.

Thank you for your question. This will be a quick answer to number one. It is definitely a risk of pregnancy if you ejaculate into a condome and then insert the penis again later without cleaning IF you still have semen on the penis. Semen is the solution that keeps sperm alive and if you insert the penis into the vagina with moist semen still on it, there is a possibility that sperm is alive.

If there is no semen, or it has all dried up, then there is a much less likely chance of any sperm being alive, but I would not say there is a 0% risk. So much depends on how much later, and how much semen was left on the penis after the ejaculation. Any time that you put the penis in the vagina without a condom, there is a risk that some semen will be left in the urethra from the ejaculation just before it (if you have not cleaned it or urinated through it). Sperm can be kept protected because that is what the fluids in the body are designed to do - protect it.

As for the second question, it is hard to know for sure what causes you to lose an erection in mid-intercourse. You give the answer by suggesting that the sensation fades. What you may need to do is create stimulation from your partner by movement or even taking the penis out and stimulating it in other ways to keep the erection. It is possible that some of the drugs that you are taking may affect your ability to maintain an erection as long as you might want.

Also, one way to keep an erection a little longer, is to make sure that you are on your back with your partner on top of you so you are not using so much muscle to keep your body up. Some men have found that they need to be more relaxed in order to feel all the sensation.

Thanks again, and if you have more questions feel free to write them.
