Question:
Im not sure where to ask, so i submitted this question in two areas. Earlier tonight my girlfriend and i were dryhumping and a lot of precum got on her (we were going at it for quite a while) though i urinated fairly soon before we started so i know no sperm were in my precum. I was naked and she had a thong on. She started her period either last night or today. When i ejaculated, i made sure to move up further from her vagina (i was close to it before this) and ejaculated away from her, though even after that, some got a little too close for comfort to her vagina. After that, she wiped it all off with a towel and i believe washed herself a little bit (though im not sure if she did or how well she did) I realize that sperm cant travel through cloth but im curious if any could have somehow gotten under the thong and somehow made it inside her vagina or close. Again, she started her period this morning or overnight and she had a tampon in her. I'm just curious if this could be somewhat risky to do or if theres a chance she can get pregnant, or if the risks are so low, they're almost non existant. Also, is it even possible to get pregnant when you start your period? I emailed before about a previous problem (which nothing happened) but no one responded. I would prefer a response fairly soon (and so would she so she doesnt have to worry to cause an offset in her period) so if theres little risk, we can continue without worry (and next time ill make sure to ejaculate even further) Thank you and please hurry!

Well, you are correct that sperm cannot travel through cloth. It sounds as if your situation is almost non-existent for risk of pregnancy from what you have described. There are usually no sperm in pre-cum, and if you ejaculated away from your partner's vagina and or any fluid got on her thong, it could not travel through the material to get her pregnant. It is uncommon for a woman to get pregnant during her period as this is when her cycle is beginning over again. Usually, a woman's fertile period is approximately fourteen days before her period, so you could figure this out by the length of her cycle. If she is regular, every 28 days, then she would be ovulating around day 14. Ovulation is when the egg is released from one of her ovaries, and travels down the fallopian tube to the uterus (where the baby develops) for impregnation (or not). As sperm can live in the vagina for up to three days, it is best to avoid contact several days before and after ovulation. It sounds as though you are engaging in behaviors that are very low-risk for pregnancy. Best of luck to you...
