Question:
I am 20 years old and for the last 2/3 years I very rarely orgasm when masturbating or having sex, when having sex I also take a very long time to ejaculate and sometimes lose my erections. I am completely relaxed with sex but I used to take ecstasy a lot about a year ago and I smoke marijuana occasionally and drink alcohol quite regularly.

Doing drugs like ecstasy and smoking pot is known to cause delayed or absent ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. All recreational drugs act on brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) to produce euphoria but adversely affect sexual function. Stop using these substances and you will find that your problems will vanish. If you continue to do drugs, you risk becoming permanently impotent. The choice is literally in your hands!
