Question:
I noticed problems with delayed ejaculation for about 5 years but it wasn`t until I was in my first relationship for 6 years that it was a problem. It was the prime reason for the breakup of the 2 year relationship.I am overweight by about 30kgs but recent medical tests for blood pressure etc were ok.I am very sexually attracted to my partner. Unfortunately the relationship was long distance , which should have made the sex all that much intense, which it wasn`t.My partner was constantly frustrated.I am now devestated and wish to rectify this problem ASAP.My libido is almost non-existent which doesn`t help either.

Hello, Thank you for your question.

It sounds you have a number of overlapping problems. I'd suggest that you take the time, now that you are single in working towards getting fitter and healthier. Losing weight will help your health as well as your outlook.

Not only will the improved muscle tone help your prowess, it will actively help in increasing your libido, erection, orgasm and ejaculation. You will feel and look more attractive as well.

It may take about 12 months to shake 30 kilos. (I am following a similar regime of weight loss myself and am about 2/3 of the way to goal).

If this doesn't help, see a specialist or sex therapist skilled erectile dysfunction.

Good Luck, Melissa BEE
