I understand your concerns and I appreciate your writing in. Your body knows how to ejaculate,as evidenced by your wet dreams. Making it happen through self-pleasuring seems to be difficult for you. Basically, any way you stroke/touch/carress yourself that feels good is a good way to do it. I am attaching a link that I think you might find helpful. I would also suggest you examine your beliefs and ways of thinking about self-pleasuring. Our attitudes can often prevent us from experiencing pleasure, even (especially) when we are by ourselves.
