Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. My problem is as follow, im a incomplete paraplegic and i have some problems having an erection my doctor recommended viagra and some times it works and some times it doesnt, can that be because i need a stronger those or another type of medication to control erections?
My second question is, when we have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend i do not seem to be able to give her an orgasm she ejaculates but she doesnt feel that i have given her an orgasm in the last couple of months, what can i do to pleasure her more and give her an orgasm? what positions and exercises could you recommend?
