Question:
Is is true that increased masterbation can create longer stamina during sexual intercourse? I've come to realize that during oral sex, I go off in like three minutes or less, but during intercourse I can go longer like thirty minutes to about an hour.

Thanks for your question. Yes, for some, increased masturbation can help train the body to last longer during sexual arousal, especially if during masturbation you pay attention to the triggers that may increase or slow down your arousal to ejaculation.

The reason you may have less success in oral sex is because the stimulation from oral sex is different enough that it creates faster triggers. If you masturbated in ways that might mimic the feeling of oral sex, you may find that you can slow down that process to orgasm as well.

Thanks for writing, and I hope this answers your question.
