Hi and thanks for your question. First, it is virtually impossible for a man to urinate while fully erect. I say virtually because if a man tries REALLY hard he might be able to urinate while MOSTLY (but not fully) erect. However, there are special valves inside a man's body that keep him from being able to urinate while erect so that semen (ejaculate) cannot go into the bladder and so that urine does not mix with the semen because it will kill the sperm inside.
I take it that he squirted a sizeable amount of fluid into your mouth. That probably rules out pre-cum which is a small amount of fluid that cleans the inside of the penis when a man becomes aroused. It is quite possible that he did have a "mini-orgasm" and ejaculated some fluid from the prostate. However, there is no way for me to tell over the internet exactly what it might have been. Some questions you might ask yourself and him are: does he normally ejaculate a large amount of fluid? Did it smell at all like urine? How long has he experienced this phenomenon? If you are not convinced about what it might have been, then this is a serious issue that you need to discuss. It is possible to get fluids tested to determine their composition, but I don't know how available or expensive such a test might be. Openness and honesty are true virtues in any relationship...I hope the two of you are able to share them.
Good luck, and feel free to ask us any other questions you might have...we're here to help.
Take care,
