Question:
About a week ago, in the early morning, I had strange feeling in my left lower back, similar to that of an arm falling asleep. At the same time, I also had the same feeling in the top portion of the head of my penis. I can't remember how long the back problem lasted, but it eventually went away. However, the feeling in my penis did not return. I did a test with an ice cube, and a portion of the head of my penis could not feel the ice. This has also now affected my orgasm with duration of feeling. My climax is much faster, I have less control over it, and I no longer feel the enjoyment associated with ejaculation. I can still feel some of the orgasm, but it has been reduced significantly. I tend to masturbate almost everyday. I don’t smoke, I don’t use drugs, and I rarely drink! I am a 23 year old virgin, who has been in search for the right girl, and this most recent event has made me question why I waited. Please help!

Hi and thanks for your question. I hope that you've already been to see a doctor because that is the only thing that I can recommend to you. It sounds to me as if you might have pinched a nerve which is interrupting the sensation in your penis. This is fairly common, can be painful, and usually heals over time. However, getting checked out by a doctor is the best thing that you can do right now. I hope everything has worked out for you and that you begin to feel better soon. Take care, Scott Gross
