i have a ring of dots around the head of the pennis. what is this?

Hi and thanks for your question. Unfortunately I am not a medical doctor and cannot even begin to take a guess at what these "dots" might be around the head of your penis. But, even if I was a medical doctor it would still be impossible for me to give you a proper diagnosis without a physical exam. They could be normal skin bumps or they could be a symptom of something more serious. I strongly suggest that you see a doctor or clinician to have them looked at.
