Hi, In the recent years i notice my penis has a very strong and unpleasant smell. im uncircumcised but the smell didnt begin until recent years. is there anything i can do to stop the unpleasant smell? thank you

Yup, but there are a couple options here. The first one that pops into my mind is that due to the fact that you are uncircumcised, you could be collecting your body's own lubricant behind your head, called SMEGMA. So, what you need to do is to clean behind the head of your penis every day while pulling back the foreskin when you are in the shower. Usually you can see smegma buildup and it looks cheesy. It's something that parents sometimes forget to tell their boys to do if they are uncut, but is very important. Some guys who forget to do also get a rash around the head of their penis. If this doesn't sound like what it is, no smegma buildup, or it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks after doing this, I would wonder about a std. At that point you need to go to the doctor's office to get medication as that is the only thing that can clear up an std.
