I am not sure as to why you are taking testosterone. Since you have not seen a doctor, this should be the first step. Have some blood work done and check to make sure your testosterone is within normal limits. It sounds like it may be too high. See a doctor who knows about the relationship of testosterone to sexual drive. The other area to think about is your use of porn. Perhaps the use of extensive porn could be overstimulating and might be adding to the need for constant gratification. The impulsiveness and the anger may also be related to high levels of testosterone and porn use. I think your blood levels and your behavior are both causing you some difficulty.
