Chris anyway... it's like i've only gotten oral..... i mean i've never actually fucked anyone... i've only been fucked Lee this may be, but ill keep looking Chris i don't think that'd make a difference but idk Lee I have been seeing a girl for quite a while and when sexual arrousal occurs for a while with no ejaculation, I later feel pain in my left testicle. I am wondering if this is simply the symptoms of "Blue Ball"(I am smashing the balls while arroused or if this is a precursor to something more dangerous such as testicular cancer or something else. Please Let me know what is wrong. Jason ============= Lee [Editor's Note: Though this question is not on a topic that we usually address in this forum, one of our staff did provide an excellent answer and therefore it is being posted.] Dear Jason, I don’t think there is anything wrong with you, this is not a precursor for cancer and your right when you notice this pain particularly if you don’t ejaculate. It is possible to injure your testicles (smash) Lee while engaging in sexual activities but usually this is not the case. Your body prepares itself to ejaculate with a stage called emission. This first phase of ejaculation consists of depositing secretions from the periurethral glands, seminal vesicles and prostate. This pressure in your reproductive organs may cause pain. This pain you are experiencing might be avoided by ejaculation. Lee Your experience is quite a common one amongst sexually excited but non-ejaculating males. If this pain does not subside, it is also possible that you have an infection. If you experience continuous pain, burning when you urinate or any urinating difficulties, I would see your doctor. Chris hmmm that sounds just about it Chris hmm Chris well i just peed a while ago and no problem there Chris that sounds exactly like what i'm havin Lee really? Chris but like... let me tell u..... with brian... i was so embarrassed.... we were at it for a while Lee ooh Chris i mean after 2 hours... i think it should have happened Lee yeah... Chris but like i noticed again tonight.. my fingertips get all tingly Lee hmmm Chris like when they're cut off from circulation Lee when Chris like in the act Chris well i'm going to try doin what that thing said.... Chris and see if it gets better Chris so ummm *cough* excuse me Chris brb Chris wow... well it's feeling a little better now... still a lil sore after that we said bye n he went to bed, i then found this site and registered inorder to ask , as i am conserned for him. thank you for your time. It, and any answer you can give me are much appreciated. Lee PS the additional details i gave are detail about Chris

Hi, It does sound like your friend Chris is experiencing "blue balls," based on my understanding of his situation. I would say the same thing that the other professional said about seeing a doctor if it persists or gets worse. I have been told (don't know firsthand, since I'm a woman!) that blue balls can be quite painful, and they usually occur when someone is aroused for a long time but does not ejaculate. I suspect that Chris's inability to ejaculate is related to his testicular pain, in that the former is causing the latter. However, I suspect his inability to ejaculate is being caused by something else. Since he can come when he is masturbating, it's probably not a physical problem but a psychological one. Some people have difficulty "letting go" in front of their partners, while others have difficulty maintaining their concentration and focus enough to come. Also, it may be that his partner is not using the techniques that Chris prefers. When someone masturbates, he or she usually develops a preferred speed, grip, type of stimulation, intensity, etc. So one way that Chris might be able to come more easily with his partner would be to masturbate with him, to show him what he likes and what works best. Good luck, and thanks for caring about your friend enough to ask this question! Blaise
