Question:
what is the difference between a female orgasm and when a female cumms?

Answer:
by Annette Owens:
(05/25/2004)
There are no strict definitions and in my terminology those two terms mean the same. However, some women do ejaculate fluid when aroused, and this may be called cum, just as it is the case for men. In this case cum does not necessarily mean the same as orgasm, since some women not necessarily experience a feeling of orgasm while they ejaculate. If you think this is confusing, you are not alone. The book The Clitoral Truth by Rebecca Chalker (ISBN: 1-58322-038-0) has a whole chapter on female ejaculation in case you are interested. Sincerely, Annette Owens, MD PhD
