Question:
I found your site to be very helpful for me. Can you please tell me whether I should go for medication for increasing duration. I usually have problems for first time ..which only continues for 3-4 minutes , but second time ...like after one hour i can continue 12-15 minutes. Can you please suggest me on this ?

The average male only lasts about 3 to 4 minutes during intercourse if he is thrusting continuously. So you are not that different from the majority of other men in this regard. You are different in that you can go a second time (with an hour in between), for many men could not ejaculate a second time and would have to wait at least a day.
Remember that the majority of women do not orgasm with intercourse, no matter how long a man lasts. Be sure before you go looking for medicine to make you last longer that you find out how best to get your partner to orgasm! There are some medicines that can be prescribed by doctors that help a few men, but not all. Think about it, even if there is a pill you could take, would you do that for a lifetime?
Better to learn how to control your ejaculatory response, but it takes time and it takes patience. There are no easy answers or quick "cures." Anyway, you seem to be doing as well as most men the first time around and better than a lot when you go for seconds.
My best suggestion -- get creative, be playful, learn what works best for your partner and just have fun!
