Question:
My boyfriend and I have wonderful sex together, but he takes forever to come, and
sometimes he doesn't come at all. When I ask him if he's happy, and/or if he
satisfied, he replies with an emphatic "Yes!" I am concerned for two reasons.
One: Is it me? (He seems like he loves the sex!) Because I love him, and I want
him to be happy. Two: Does it mean that he's sleeping around, and doesn't have
more ejaculate? This situation is very worrisome to me.
Please help me to understand.
Thank you.Off

There is no reason to think that your partner is seeing another woman and there is no reason to blame yourself. It is hard to know exactly why your partner might not be ejacualating every time, but if he is older than you (that is, in his late 30s and into his 40s) it could be age related. Men as they age will at some point become less reliable in their ability to ejacualate, but unlike a younger man who would be frustrated, like with your friend he can enjoy the main course and wait until after the next mean to have his dessert. If he is not concerned about it, do not create anxiety by making him self-conscious. Believe him when he says it is not a problem for him and stop reading more into it.Reviewed by Sexual Health Editorial Team
