As I am not a medical expert, I forwarded your question to one of our MDs. Here is her reply:
It is always difficult to answer questions like yours without being able to examine you. But it sounds to me that what you are describing are
hemorrhoids. These are quite common, especially in individuals who
frequently are constipated and have to strain during bowel movements. Many
pregnant women get them as well. As far as I know, they are primarily caused
by increased pressure on the veins (blood vessels) around your rectum.
Hemorrhoids tend to stay, but they can be easily removed by a specialist.
However, in order to know for sure I would encourage you to ask a health
practitioner who can examine you.
