Question:
Fantasies have become more important to me since I became disabled. How can I communicate them without my
partner thinking I'm kinky?
|
Answer: by Elizabeth McNeff: (05/15/2004)
Fantasies are vital elements of sexual pleasure. Fantasy, whether combined with masturbation (self or mutual) or not, can
enrich your sexual experiences. If you think your partner may be uneasy, broach the subject gently. Try to create a safe
environment. Explain that fantasy can make your sexual experiences more pleasurable and vivid, and therefore increase
pleasure for both of you.
Transforming sexual fantasies into a satisfying sex with your partner takes practice, patience and, most of all, a desire to
share the fantasy formed in your mind with your partner and take it where the body leaves off. Plunge on in--you may be
pleasantly surprised to find your partner also has fantasies to share.
