Question:
I'm 16 years old and have been going out with my girlfriend for 9 months, and we are both still virgins. I believe I am suffering from an anxiety disorder surrounding a certain event. One night after a long day I was really tired and kind of pissed off, but instead of going to sleep, I went to her house and messed around. When it came time for her to go down on me, I started to worry that I wasn't hard enough and low and behold, when I started to worry, I lost my erection completely. Since then, I have had a fear of failure around her. This is really messing with my mind, but I think I can overcome the problem with a little help. Are there any methods I can use to increase confidence and not worry so much?? Thanks for your help!

Hey, don't get so worked up. The more you worry, the more is the problem going to stick to you. You are very young and I am sure that in time you will get over this problem. You mention that you masturbate and I presume you do get good erections then. This implies that there is nothing physically wrong with you. Don't be a spectator. Learn to enjoy and your problem will vanish. If you are still too bothered, talk to your regular doctor.
