Thanks for taking the time to write in with your question. I can certainly understand how you would find this upsetting. Let me first assure you that it is perfectly normal for a 15-year old male to NOT experience nocturnal emissions (wet dreams). Not all males do. This has no bearing on any ability to ejaculate in the future.
There are a few questions I would want to ask you that you didn't address in your question: do you get erections when you wake up in the morning? Do you masturbate with erections? Do you have sexual thoughts and feelings? Do you use magazines, videos, or other sexual material to get aroused -does it help? I'm also not sure about what medication you're taking (different countries may have different drugs available). Do you mean minocin (an anti-biotic) or mysoline (for seizures)? Either of those can actually affect your ability to ejaculate. You might want to talk to the doctor that prescribed the medication to you and see if this is a possible side effect.
Please feel free to write back with the additional information and I will respond in a more timely manner. Take care and be well.
