Question:
I am a 19 year old male that has not had intercourse yet. My girlfriend has given my oral sex many times and I would like to return the favor. The problem is, is tha I do not know how to make her orgasm and I was wondering if you could tell me what to do so that she could orgasm. For example where to put certain things and how to do those certain things. I would be very gratefull if you could respond.

She is the best person to advise you and guide you. If you focus more on the word 'pleasure' rather than orgasm, and get her to show you how to best pleasure her, she will show you what feels good externally around her clitoris and vulva, and if she has experimented with penetration, then she may be willing to allow you to use a dildo or vibrator on her. If you are both under-age, then stick to external pleasuring, and let her be your best guide. She may have personal or religious reasons for not wanting you to do certain things just yet. Give her time, don't pressure her, and she will guide you.
