How do I know that I gave GOOD oral sex ?

I don't know that we ever really know how good our sexual technique is unless our partner tells us that it is. We certainly know in the sounds and reactions to pleasure during the act, but just like anything else we may not know if we are doing well unless we hear the praise. That is why I encourage couples to talk about their sexual experiences/encounters with one another. Let each other know what felt good and what you might like the next time.
As for giving head, it certainly is OK to add what every stimulation feels good. Lots of men like lots of touch and hard touch at that in order to really have the orgasm. It is also a completely different sensation to have a hand and a tongue stimulating the genitals.
