Every time I try to have sex my boyfriend can not penetrate me with his penis what can I do to help him be able to penetrate me?

The problem could be with either of you but if your boyfriend has no difficulty in getting and maintaining an erection then you could try the following techniques to attain your goal. First, apply a lubricating jelly or liquid (Astroglide) on the genital area and use your fingers to spread it inside the vagina. Try doing this alone...it will reduce your anxiety of painful penetration. Second, lie on your back with a small pillow under your buttocks, as this will align the angle of the vagina for easy penetration. Third, relax your stomach and pelvic muscles. Take deep and long breaths. Forth, resist and push against your boyfriend’s penis as soon as it touches you in the ‘right’ place. It’s you who will know this …not your boyfriend. Do NOT pull away. You could be doing this because of fear of pain. All the best! If this does not help, you may have to seek professional help.
