HI,I AM 28 YEARS OLD AND MY HUSBAND OF 2 1/2 YEARS IS 35.WE HAVE BEEN HAVINE SEX FOR 4 1/2 YEARS AND FOR THE 4 1/2 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN HAVING SEX HE HAS NOT CUM 90%OF THE TIME,HE NEVER WANTS TO HAVE SEX AND IF I FINALLY GET HIM TO HE DOESN'T CUM.I HAVE THOUGHT ALOT OF BAD THINGS COULD BE WRONG,BUT I FINALLY GOT IT OUT OF HIM HE DIDN'T WANT TO HURT MY FEELINGS SO HE FINNALY TOLD ME WHY............HE SAID THAT HE DOESN'T FEEL THE SENSATION WHEN WE HAVE SEX,I AM LOOSE.BUT IT DOESN'T HELP THAT HE IS NOT VERY BIG EITHER, HE IS ABOUT 5INCHES.SO THERE FOR HE NEVER WANTS TO HAVE SEX AND WHEN HE DOES HE DOESN'T CUM.IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO OR WE CAN DO.WE WANT TO HAVE A BABY BUT CAN'T WITH THIS BIG PROBLEM,AND BESIDES HAVING A BABY I LOVE TO HAVE SEX SO THIS IS A VERY BIG PROBLEM THAT CAN HARM OUR MARRIAGE.PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There could be many reasons why your husband is not ejaculating during sexual intercourse. Lack of sensation is one possibility and this might not be related to the size of his penis or the size of your vagina. A lack of sensation could also be related to other medical issues such as hormones, nerbe injury or other factors. There also could be some psychological issues at play here. The first place to start is to get a medical evaluation for your husband from a urologist who specializes in sexual medicine. Finding a good doctor in this area is not easy either because it's an area that is not well known. Seeing a sex therapist is not a bad idea either. You can go on the web to AASECT, which is the association that certifies sex therapists and they can give you some names in your area. Good luck.
