Most women do not orgasm from intercourse.
The best way to give your girlfriend an orgasm is to ask her what she likes and to make sure she is very comfortable. If she is into self-pleasuring have her teach you how she likes to be touched. This can be done by having her guide your hands or letting you watch how she touches herself.
The surest way for her not to have an orgasm is if either of you make it a goal. Instead focus on the pleasure of sharing the sexual experience together.
