Question:
I don't know if this is truly and orgasmic disorder or not. I used to have orgasms every time my boyfriend and I had sex, but it was only because I was trying really had to have them and I was rubbing my clitoris against the outside of his body. Then a few months ago, I discovered my g-spot with him and sex started to feel really good on the inside of me. Now, I cannot have clitoral orgasms during sex (I can have them during oral sex) and I do not know how (or if it's possible) to have a vaginal orgasm. My g-spot feels good and it pleasure builds up and builds up until eventually it starts hurting and I want him to stop or the good feelings just goes away. He feels like I don't enjoy sex as much since I'm not having orgasms, but it is still really enjoyable. I just need some ideas about vaginal orgasms--is it possible for me to have one? How do I go about having one?

From what you describe, you are having vaginal orgasms. The g-spot is located within the vagina. G Spot and deep clitoral orgasms are penetration driven. It is a quite different sensation to the intensity of a clitoral orgasm. If you want to have only clitoral orgasms, then extend the period of foreplay and hold back on penetration, this will increase the clitoral sensitivity and aid engorgement. To have both clitoral and deep vaginal orgasms at the same time, try doggie style, so he penetrates you from behind, and you rub your clitoris with your fingers. Melissa BEE
