Question:
We are having problems with penetration after having a successful relationship for 2 years. We suspected that maybe my penis might have become crooked but I have seen a urologist, who said that it was fine. What is the simplest position for penetration?

If you have seen a urologist and he says you are fine, the remaining questions are: what type of difficulty with penetration are you having? Does it vary with position? Are you sure your partner is not experiencing pain upon intercourse? If so, she may be having an involuntary tightening of the vaginal muscles which will make penetration difficult. As for positions for intercourse, the female on top may be helpful. If these questions do not provide an answer, consult with a local certified sex therapist.
