Thank you for your question. It is somewhat hard to answer what it is because unless you have a doctor acatually look at it, there isn't an easy answer.

I am assuming when you say you had sex, you mean intercourse, and that you used a latex condom covering the entire penis including the foreskin every time you came in contact with your partner's body. IF that is so, then it is highly unlikely to be a sexually transmitted infection.

It could be a simple pimple/whitehead similar to what we get on other parts of our skin. Because males sweat more in the area of their genitals than most other areas of the body, you are more likely to get clogged pores which could explain the bump.

Keeping it clean is certainly helpful. I would suggest that if it doesn't go away in a week or two that you might have it checked by a doctor to make sure that it isn't something you might spread to someone else.

You can be proud that you have used protection when you have had intercourse. Remember also that you can spread/get disease from oral, anal and other forms of sexual play. Washing before and after these forms of play, as well as urinating often is helpful to limit the amount of bacteria you encounter.

HOpe this helps, though I have no real answer for you.
