The discharge you describe could be a symptom of gonorrhea, chlamydia, a vaginal infection, or herpes. Be sure to get tested for STDs as soon as possible, not only to have the symptoms treated, but to avoid developing PID - pelvic inflammatory disease - a condition that can lead to problems like infertility if left untreated.
Whether or not you sleep with one guy or three, be sure to use a latex condom to help prevent the transmission of STDs, including HIV. Also, consider why you have decided to become sexually active at such a young age and if it's really worth having these types of sexual health concerns at this point in your life. Try having fun exploring ways of being intimate and erotic without necessarily having sex! You may find that you like it!
