Question:
I have read on your website that larger inner labia are normal, but I have noticed that mine are becoming larger. Skin that was once firm wrinkles and becomes part of the soft labia. What can I do to prevent this? I have read that too much estrogen can cause this. I eat a lot of soy products, so I wonder if this might contribute. What other things might irritate the skin and cause it to wrinkle?

Women's vulvas come in various shapes and sizes. Your description sounds perfectly normal. Many women pose similar questions regarding their genitalia. Take a look in any indroductory sex education book to view some of the variations. There are several factors that can irritate the skin of the genital region. The main thing is to keep yourself clean, and take care of your health.
