Rest assured, there is no medical reason that says premature ejaculation reduces the chances of you getting pregnant. Some evolutionary sexology shows that if you are frustrated, not happy in your relationship or depressed this will make it harder for you to become pregnant, but that's it. It takes on average 18 months to become pregnant, so if it doesn't happen soon, try try again. Try to have sex 2-3 times a week to increase the chances of pregnancy. Good Luck!
