Question:
I am a 23-year old virgin female, and have been keeping myself sane and happy by self-pleasuring for many, many years. Lately (for a few months) after I masturbate and reach orgasm, I get extremely painful stomach cramps that often last for a full ten to fifteen minutes. The area is a little bit lower than where I generally get menstrual cramps, and it feels a lot more tender - I am actually afraid to touch it. Is there any reason for this? The only change I can think of is that I've gained some weight, and then begun exercising (biking) to work it off. Otherwise, everything's the same as it's been for years. Why has this pain suddenly come to haunt me?

Dear Madam Thank you for your consultation. It was a little bit hard for me to answer this one. Could not figure out what the cause may be. I was a little late because I consulted with Dr Annette Owens, the chief of our site. Her answer was breif and to the point. With this type of pain, you should see your gynecologist for a full evaluation. Thanks for your consultation, and hope all will turn out well.
