Joey, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I didn't realize that I had a question in my queue. I don't think you need to worry because even though the Pill has been found to be slightly less effective in some people when taking antibiotics, it is not completely ineffective. I'm glad you considered that you might have to take emergency contraception (though it is too late now by the time you get this message from me) but I don't think you need to be too worried. It sounds as if you didn't put too much sperm into her vagina if it was only the precum. I do hope you remember this scare and that you always use a latex condom as back up, not only for pregnancy but for any disease transmission. Taking the antibiotics is more likely to give her a vaginal yeast infection, which she could pass to you (though you would not feel any symptoms) and then you will pass back to her possibly after she has taken medication to rid her vagina of the infection. If she is worried about pregnancy, please have her take a pregnancy test so that she can get early information on it.
