Question:
I am 15 years old, on March 2nd of 2002 I lost my virginity. We used a condom but at the end right before he ejaculated he took the condom off and came on my stomach. the day after I got my period and it was normal. The only thing is, is that, this is not my normal period date... I usually get it the 17th of a month. Well anways It is now April 12th of 2002 and still no period! It seems around the 4th of April though, for 4-5 days I was experiencing heavy discharge that was as much as my period usually is, i am so confused and i really hope i am not pregnant... whatare the chances of getting pregnant from pre-cum, and could it be possibe that i am pregnant even though i got my period the day after?

Thank you for submitting your question and explaining your situation. There is semen in pre-ejaculatory fluid, so it is possible to become pregnant (and get a sexually transmitted infection) even if someone doesn't ejaculate inside of you. For safe sex reasons, you should always use a condom during any kind of sexual behavior. As for your periods, as we get older, our bodies change. It is possible that your menstrual cycle is changing slightly. However, it is also possible to become pregnant if you have unprotected sex during your period. In order to be safe, see you gynecologist or local family planning clinic to determine if you are pregnant. I hope this information helps!
