Question:
Is it possible to get pregnant if man ejaculates in a woman the day before a woman starts her period?

Answer:

Not really, but anything is possible. The first day of a womens period marks the first day of her cycle. A women typically starts ovulating around the 14th day of the cycle. Therefore, the most fertile days on average would be the 12th-17th day of the cycle. However, every women's cylce is different and women may be fertile at any stage. A period is basically the sheding of the interior lining of the uterus. If a fertile egg is present the day before, then it potentially could be fertilized.
